I purchased a Samsung model NE59N6630SG range in 2018, about 3 years after that the display panel started to flicker with many items in the background showing up

 

I had purchased an extended warranty with Best Buy on this range and they came out and replaced the display panel and it resolved the issue

 

Now 2 years or so it is doing it again, based on my searches this is a know issue with this range, does Samsung have any program to offer a free replacement part ?

 

I understand a part having issues, and I would of expected the replacement panel to have some type of program to help consumers out with this failure issue
