Hello,

While my mother was cooking the other day, she turned the cooktop burner on to start heating up a pot, she suddenly heard a loud pop and she noticed that the glass had cracked. The Stovetop is barely a year old and I’m not sure how I’d go about getting it fixed for us.

Same thing happened to my mom. She turned the cooktop burner on to start heating up and she suddenly heard a loud pop and noticed that the glass had cracked. She purchased her model Ne63a6511s on May 2023.

Have you seen the 2022 post below? They marked it as solved.
