Kitchen and Family HubHi there! I'm happy to help with this. I found these steps for turning off demo mode on page 31 of the user manual (linked below).
1. Press and hold the Clock button for 3 seconds.
2. Press 0 to enter Demo mode settings.
3. Press 1 or 2 to turn Demo mode on or off. (1 for on, 2 for off)
4. Press START/SET to save the change.
