Kitchen and Family HubI called support and they confirmed engineering would have to update the firmware on the new 2024 model year oven model NSG6DG8700SRAA that I just purchased. I was shocked to find the clock display goes off after only 2 minutes. They explained you have to walk over to the oven and press something to reactivate the clock display. Really?
Please please please lobby the firmware developers in South Korea to allow the clock to stay on.
(Please)
This is a $3,000 MSRP oven with camera, wifi, gas, airfry, souse vide, smartthings app. The feature does not need to be set in the app, so allowing it to be set at the oven, or even by remote samsung support person will be a win. We paid a lot for this oven so please consider fixing this error (yes, error I feel).
Cheers,
