Kitchen and Family HubWe ordered a Bespoke Refrigerator, Washer, & Dryer on March 21st with original delivery scheduled for April 4th. The night before we received an emailed that part of our order was canceled. We never received any of the products ordered and had to go purchase them on our own through a retailer. We have been trying to get an answer as to when we will get a refund but always get the same answer that it has been prioritized or escalated and they are working on it. It has been a month since someone at Samsung canceled the order without our consent. Can someone please tell us how to get help to get this resolved?
