My RF25HMEDBSR (Four Door French Door Refrigerator) has frozen up causing the fans to stop spinning and the refrigerator to not cool. I attempted to contact Samsung to see if I could proactively run the Power Defrost RD and, if so, how often. I also asked if they have instructions on how to best do this if it is preventive, for example, should I remove the food? I got no help; he even directed me to some guyās YouTube to add Styrofoam. I explained that I would only do that if Samsung sponsored it.
