Kitchen and Family HubI have a Powerbot 9350 (VR2AK9350WK) which is not charging. When I plug the docking station in the power the red icon shows up but then when I put my vacuum in it, it doesn't go green as charging and the vacuum does not turns on as there is no battery at all .
My vacuum was already sent to Samsung for repair once, in 2019, and it had the battery changed but the docking station which was broken was not fixed back then. So since 2019 my vacuum its not working for me.
The biggest problem is that I live in Brasil and Samsung does not have a warranty here for this product and I have not been in the USA since 2019. I'll be in NY tomorrow, Mar 18th, and wanted to check if there is any Samsung Assistance Center in NY that I can take my vacuum for review and, potentially, get a new docking station charger.
I have tried to search a docking station on Samsung Parts website but was not able to find it - I can find the Cover Charger and the Body Charger but not the full working station. The power cord seems to be working fine but the station itself smells like burned product , so it seems for me that the electronic board is damaged.

Kitchen and Family HubHello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be frustrating with your robot vacuum not charging. I would recommend trying the steps in the following link first: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003070/#powerbot-will-not-charge.
If these do not help this will need service. As you are coming back to the US and if this is a US product you can use this link to locate a service center in your area once you get to the US. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/locations/.
If you are unable to find one in your area the last option would be to ship it in which can only be done with a US address, to start that process you can call our depot center at 1-310-669-4334.
