Kitchen and Family HubI have had my Powerbot R9350 for several years now. It just started running in circles when auto cleaning. It also goes into turbo suction mode off and on. There are no error codes and it runs until it needs to recharge. It does not return to cleaning after charging and occasionally will not auto clean for several days. It chimes like it is going to start but doesn't leave the base. I have turned off the emergency switch for several minutes and then restarted it but it returns to running in circles. Has anyone had similar issues?

Kitchen and Family HubI understand this is frustrating. If you are not finding something stuck in one of the drive wheels, this could be caused by a bad sensor or drive train. The unit would require service at this point. If you would like to look in to service options, please send the full model and serial numbers to this PM Link. https://bit.ly/39kTopa

Kitchen and Family HubMy R9350 is also running in circles, could you be a bit more specific in what you mean by a drive train issue. If not please provide me with a similar link to request support.
