I have a samsung refrigerator RF25HMEDBSR that is making a loud rattling noise. It appears to be from a fan hitting the frost buildup and stops when the door is opened. I would like to get this fixed permanently. Other customers have had to complain via news outlets or on forums to get theirs resolved. Youtube has tons of segments from local news outlets that have customers complaining, with some getting success from Samsung to replace the fridge. I've reached out to SamsungLou and SamsungAl via private messages but still no response. Also spoke with Samsung on facebook and on the phone and no one will fix it unless I pay money, and even then based on reports that after paying the problem still comes back. It seems as though Samsung's strategy is to stall and ignore customer complaints, including the class action lawsuit, for as long as possible until customers give up and buy an entire new fridge.
