Range stuck in Demo Mode

I have a new 8511SS Gas Range which has been connected to my phone. The control panel on the range is alternating between the correct time of day and the word 'test'. Why is 'test' appearing and how do I get rid of it?

This indicates the oven is in Demo Mode. The instructions for turning Demo Mode on and off are on page 31 of the User Guide.
