Refrigerator Warranty Purchase

We purchased a Bespoke french door fridge AND a 2 year extended warranty. When the warranty came in it had the wrong description (said it was a side-by-side), wrong expiration date (about 1 yr less than what was purchased), and wrong serial number. 

Multiple calls lasting multiple hours each have lead no where. No one at customer support seems be be willing or able to help. All they do is agree there is an issue, take my phone number and email address, the send me to someone else so we can do the same song and dance. Literally just spent 3.5 hours on the phone with 9 different people before getting disconnected.

Has anyone been able to get a warranty issue resolved? I'm tempted to tell them to come get the fridge and give me my money back.
