Kitchen and Family HubHey There, Please check out the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001027/
Once the troubleshooting is completed, the unit may require service please shoot us a private message including your name, street address, and best contact number. Along with your full model, serial and place of purchase via Private message.
Diagnostics will have to be done by the technicians to determine if it's truly the compressor that has gone out with the unit prior to any repairs being covered by the 10-year warranty. Side note, there may be a charge for diagnostics to be completed by the technicians seeing that the unit is out of the one-year limited manufacturer's warranty. After diagnostics, if the tech determines that the compressor is the cause of the symptoms the remainder of the repair would be covered under that 10-year warranty as long as your unit does indeed have it. I would recommend checking your manual to get a full understanding of the warranty terms.
Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
