Kitchen and Family HubMy family hub touchscreen does not respond to touch since yesterday , I can’t unlock the screen. I turned off the screen and turned it back but I can’t unlock the screen. I unplugged the fridge and it didn’t work either.

Kitchen and Family HubMine is doing the same thing. I've noticed once there is an update it usually resets and things start working correctly again. Hopefully there is an update soon. I love the idea of this refrigerator. It's upsetting with the issues I've encountered. Besides this my ice machine has never worked correctly. I'm always constantly having to thaw it out myself because the function doesn't work. So, after several months I just bought a count ice machine and turned the function off. Hopefully the touchscreen will start working properly soon. I enjoyed this function as well ...

Kitchen and Family HubMine is doing the same and it also happened around the software update. Mine also will not go to sleep anymore so I have turned off the red power button for the family hub.

Kitchen and Family HubI have the same problem - the screen is stuck at the fanmily hub photos and wont respond to touch - I've reset with the red switch on the top of the door and nothing - still works from phone app - help?

Kitchen and Family HubI woke up this morning with an update on my screen and now it has become unresponsive. I've tried unplugging and switching the screen off, nothing.

Kitchen and Family HubI am having the same problem. I awoke to find an update notification on my hub. The update screen is frozen and I cannot select any options on the screen. I have attempted to cycle the power with the red button and I have also tried unplugging the refrigerator. It seems the new update has caused this to happen to many units! My refrigerator is less than a year old! Ridiculous
