Hello. I'm having trouble resetting the filter button on my side-by-side. I pressed button for 3seconds and it's still red someone tell me what to do please
Sometimes it takes more than 3 second. Just hold it til the light goes off. Also, you don't have to press hard, just rest your finger on the screen and make sure you are touching the right spot (the text area, not the light)
