This occurred on May 9, 2022 and I have yet to receive a response from Samsung's alleged "Escalation Department"

I get the frustrations with the situation and I would be more than happy to look into this for you.  Could you send a private message with the transaction number from your ticket? That way I can check for any notes and possibly contact the team regarding your case because that's a bit of a big deal when you have a gas leak.
