I have seen that there is users that are having problems with their Samsung jet hoover models in particular the head breaking off during normal use.
can I ask if anyone else has been refused warranty. My hoover is only 6 months old and the head as broken off.
its only used as a upstairs hoover and is only used to clean three rooms so its had very limited and light use.
- to be honest I had researched the hoover prior to buying and I had seen that this was a known issue but on a previous post the Samsung moderator was very helpful in providing a replacement.
