Small burner flame goes out when burner is turned to low.

The gas stays on.  This is a safety hazzard because I cannot see that the flame is out when there is a pot on it.  This only happens on the small burner in the back right. I have a dual-fuel 3-in-1 oven that is approximately 5 years old.

Have you changed any gas lines by any chance, also if it goes out a gas keeps going that's a major gas valve issue the thermopile or thermocouple should open and close gas when heat is generated, could be a dirty burner plate restricting gas causing a blowout
