Kitchen and Family HubI've been entangled in a frustrating ordeal with Samsung since July 2023. Despite numerous calls and promises, I'm still waiting for Bespoke refrigerator panels I ordered. The consistent lack of follow-up and inability to cancel the order has been incredibly disappointing.
It's disheartening to see a major corporation like Samsung advertise customizable fridges, only to deliver broken promises and poor customer service. This experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues with Samsung's Bespoke refrigerator panels? If so, how did you resolve the situation? Please share your experiences in the comments below.
