Kitchen and Family HubI have a brand new Bespoke gas range - NSG6DG8700SRAA. The clock will not stay on. The display times out after a few minutes. I would like the clock lit 24/7.

Kitchen and Family HubI bought a Samsung Bespoke gas range (NSG6DG8500SR) and cannot get the display to stay on either. The manual says: "The control panel enters Sleep mode if the oven is not used for a while. In Sleep mode, the control panel is inactive until it is reactivated by the user." My interpretation is that sleep mode is not optional, but my opinion, it should be. It's my oven! I should be able to control something as basic as keeping the display on. I doubt they'll ever give us that control because they're probably trying to preserve the life of the LCD screen and they don't want it to fail under warranty. But considering the amount of money that these ovens cost, Samsung should have solved this by now.
