Kitchen and Family HubHi all,
I have a propane range. When I turn the oven on, the igniter glows, but never lights the gas. Eventually there is a slight smell of gas.
If I crack the door open an inch, and let it shut on it's own, the gas lights. I can even smack the stove on the side with my palm. (basically if I jar the stove, the gas will light while the igniter is on).
I've replaced the igniter and the gas valve.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Kitchen and Family HubI would suggest contacting support and having a tech diagnose the issue since they would have the tools required to test the stove
