Probably 2 seperate issues. This Samsung refrigerator has been pain on the ice maker since 1 year old. Top ice maker doesn't make ice, freezes up. The bottom ice maker in the freezer may try make ice periodically, but mostly not.
2nd issue have noticed the water below crisper drawers. Then started acquiring water in freezer ice tray. Bought the updated heater add on and the new drain tube's and drain clip. Still does same thing. Any help greatly appreciated. $2800 for fridge has been my worst home purchase
