Hi there! I can definitely understand how frustrating that would be!
Spotify allows its users to log in to different devices, which are mostly able to control the playback of another device where they are also logged in. For Example, the Spotify app on mobile can control the playback on the Family Hub, which can cause it to begin playing the music. As well as if you have a Bluetooth speaker or something of that nature, if you get within the vicinity of that Bluetooth connection, it will sync with your device and begin to play music.
If you have Spotify on your mobile devices, make sure you’re closing out of the app completely. You can do this by clicking the three lines on the bottom of your phone and selecting the close all option to close out the applications.
If it’s still acting up, please also clear the cache on Family Hub & Log back in.
(To clear cache: Settings>Storage>app>Storage>Apps>Spotify>Clear Data)

That should resolve this, however if you’re still having trouble, please reach out to one of our moderators directly for further assistance.
