LED and OLED TVsOur 85” QLED tv is starting to flicker pretty heavily. At first it seemed to be only with Netflix but it now seems to be appearing with all of the apps, though not as intense. One of the suggestions I’ve read is to be sure that the TV is not plugged into a power strip; ours is not. The TV itself is at least four years old and I am beginning to wonder if it is getting close to needing replacement. Any thoughts about what it is I can check first?

LED and OLED TVsSince this is occuring on all soources this is something that will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup

LED and OLED TVsHello@user36eOSHwDKn! Thank you for reaching out! Does this occur with anything connected to the TV or just apps? Also, by flickering, is it a constant flicker or just once the app starts up?

LED and OLED TVsEvery app flickers a bit within 10 minutes of play and the flickering stays constant. We have security cameras where the dvr is connected to the tv and is used as a monitor: it flickers heavily.
