Hello, I have a QN75Q900RBFXZA FA01, when you turn it on it works great for 45 minutes, all pixels are lit, the wifi works, sound works and then after 45 minutes the screen starts to dim and goes black. It still has sound but no picture. Restarting it the screen only goes 5 minutes before it goes black. Do you think its the main board, led driver, power supply or something else. I do have a spare one connect box that I switched and it does the same thing. I just want to order the right part.

I also would appreciate a place for parts as Samsung doesn-t stock this anymore.

Thank you,

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend making sure the TV is plugged directly into the wall and not a surge protector to see if this solves this issue. If it does not then this will require service. Depending on your warranty you will have a few options.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators or you can call in directly at 1-800- 726-7864 with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
