LED and OLED TVs6 Series model UN50MU6300
Successfully ran setup and connected to Verizon cable box. No problems, except . . .
every time I turn on the TV and cable box (or just to the TV with cable box disconnected), I see the banner telling me to run setup., and the list of devices and sources below. If I navigate to and click the Setup button, the startup screen disappears and the cable program appears. The system is in Home mode, not store or demo mode.
The same thing happens if I navigate to system management and click setup: the startup page appears again and disappears when I click setup.
Can I turn off the startup screen? Thanks.

If this does not help I would recommend reaching out to our remote management team by calling in at 1 (800) 726-7864 and asking for our remote management team.
