I have a un75du7200b i purchased in January that randomly turned off while gaming tonight and now only displays a dark blue screen. Looking for some advice I have tried unplugging and plugging it back in as well as holded power button no change.

LED and OLED TVsTroubleshooting Steps:
Check Input Source:
Ensure the TV is set to the correct input (e.g., HDMI) and that the connected device (cable box, game console, etc.) is powered on and set to the active channel.
Power Cycle:
Unplug the TV and the connected devices (cable box, etc.) for at least 30 seconds, then plug them back in and try again.
HDMI Cable Check:
Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable on both ends, ensuring it's securely plugged in.
Try a Different HDMI Port:
If the problem persists, try using a different HDMI port on the TV.
Update Firmware:
Check for and install the latest firmware update for your Samsung TV through the TV's settings.
Factory Reset:
As a last resort, perform a factory reset on the TV to restore it to its default settings.
Contact Samsung Support:
If the problem continues after these steps, contact Samsung customer support for further assistance.
Check for Blue Only Mode:
Ensure that "Blue Only Mode" is off in the TV settings, as this is used for calibration and can cause a blue screen.
Additional Tips:
Check for Red Flashes:
If you see two red flashes every second, it could indicate a power supply issue, and you should contact Samsung support.
Check for Cable Box Issues:
If the blue screen only occurs with a specific device, the problem might be with that device, not the TV.
Check for Blue Spots:
If you see blue spots on the screen, it could be a problem with the LED strips, and you may need professional repair.
