Hello. For example, if I change the brightness setting and turn off the tv, then turn the tv on again, the change I made goes back to the original setting. This problem is in all menu settings. Picture, Sound, and Setup. This is a 12 year old Samsung HD tv. Model # LN46B540P8FXZA
Hello have you tried talking to Samsung customer support or looking up on Google your exact TV brand and demonstrations of how to do it if not that might help but I don't want to suggest things that have already been tried
