I am about to replace my several years old Samsung Smart TV with a new Samsung model.

I will give the older model to GoodWill.

How do I delete or erase login accounts that are on the TV for Hulu, Netflix, and like that?

You can factory reset the TV and that will reset it to like it was brand-new. 🙂
