LED and OLED TVsI have had a UN55MU630D for about 8 years. Recently even though the settings show that CC is on, its not working. I performed a factory reset, added all my apps and log in credentials. It was working for a day, then not. I find that I have to un-plug the unit from the wall receptical, plug back in and it works for a day. I thought it might have something to do with going in and out of the streaming apps, but it worked for a whole day, going in and out of streaming apps. The next day even though the setting says CC is on, no CC displayed. Turning CC off and them back on does not work. Again the only way to get it to work is to unplug and then plug in the TV to get CC to work. I am up-to-date with software updates. I'm wondering if there was a future software update that might fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for reaching out! Just want to confirm, are you making sure that CC is turned on inside the app also? Most streaming apps will have built-in subtitles. Also does this occur when watching any device connected to the TV?
