LED and OLED TVsI have this same problem. The Moderator's response to the original post was not helpful.
He suggested going to Settings to resolve it. But like the original questioner, my remote won't go to Settings. And like him, I tried Samsung Support. And I got the same result. "What a shame. Guess you need to buy a new TV."
That seems like an expensive answer to a question that seems to only require a software or firmware fix.

LED and OLED TVsThanks. But my problem is that my TV doesn't seem to have a manual power button and the remote is completely frozen so I can't get to Settings. My TV is a UN70NU607F.
Any other thoughts or suggestions?

LED and OLED TVsHa! Found it. Unfortunately, it only has about four settings, volume up, volume down, source and off. None of those work. And holding it down to do a hard restart didn't do anything either. Just cam back to the stuck on 3 setting.

LED and OLED TVsI will try again. But I did the unplug and wait a couple of minutes solution before. No luck.
I will try holding the manual reset button for a longer time.
I'll be back to you. And thanks very much for taking the time to try to help me with this.
