Very disappointed. Bought a Samsung TV at Best Buy in California less than 16 months ago. It’s a bedroom tv we barely use. Less than 6 hours per week. Tv went dark on us. Tried everything to fix it. Not working. Cost to repair it is over $200 for a tv I paid less than $400. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. We purchased many Samsung tvs in the past. Not anymore
