Ok got a 55 curve TV for a few month now the app isn't working properly. A grey wheel appears and it pauses, like buffering. Not the internet and no other app for this. Fine everything, factory reset delete app but still happening.

If this only occurs with a single app, I would recommend reaching out to Google regarding this issue.
