LED and OLED TVsJust purchased this UC7000 TV last night for an aging relative because they are cognitively impaired and cannot understand the normal 'computer + TV' streaming setup. They wanted a TV that they could just turn on and watch their favorite channels. I need to remove all the channels except for the handful that my relative watches.
I have a full-time job and I cannot babysit my relative trying to watch TV. Did I purchase the wrong TV? Is there a better brand out there that has a simpler user interface?

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for posting about this. I can definitely understand the need to customize your channel lists. But not to worry, it's actually pretty easy to do. I'm providing a link below that has everything you need to know about using the TV Plus feature, including how to remove channels.
Please let us know if this helps!
