Samsung OLED Smart TV question

When you first turn on the TV, you have several rows of choices.

The top Row displays which Apps you have selected to appear. You add or remove which ones appear.

The next row down is something like. 

Recent Showing the last source you watched then On Now giving some shows or movies or Channels you can access.

Let's just say I do not want Samsung TV Plus to appear as a choice. Or News Live. 

Is there a way to delimit what appears?
