LED and OLED TVsI have a TU7000 65 inch tv. None of the IPTV apps are not connecting. Netflix is working. I can use the Mu3 file on my laptop and it works. So I know it is not the network. Is anyone else having this problem?

LED and OLED TVsHi there, Thanks so much for asking about this. Have you checked to make sure the TV software is up to date? You may also want to check if there are any app updates for the affected apps. If everything is updated, I recommend resetting the Smart Hub on the TV. You can find steps on how to do this here:

LED and OLED TVsSince this is still occurring this is just a compatibility issue. I would recommend getting a set-top box to get the full features on the IPTV to work.

LED and OLED TVsi have the same problem. My tv firmware is up to date. I am able to see the iptv channels and stream on my laptop but none of my iptv apps are showing any content. Netflix works fine.

LED and OLED TVsHi! @Members_mK1oini! Thank you for reaching out. A few questions that I want to ask to get a better idea. Are you mirroring the IPTV service from your computer to the television? The apps don't always play nice with the television, so it's a high possibility that if you are attempting to use the app on the television itself, you won't be able to get it to function due to limitations on the television. If you're trying to watch an app on the television, you'll be better suited to get an external set-top box and install it on there to get full functionality of your IPTV on the screen itself.
