Lost channels

I have lost all Samsung plus tv channels on my TV. My source and other internet options are available the channels are there but no content

Hi there, Thanks for posting about this. Have you checked to make sure the TV's software is updated? Also, could you confirm if you are receiving any type of error message when trying to access TV+ channels? I also recommend resetting the Smart Hub. That is terrible. It's not all of the TVs though, mine are still there. I hope they fix yours soon
