I have an old Samsung 46 inch LED TV, model UN46EH5000F, all the apps are working fine using Roku stick expect Neflix, it is always getting connection error ui-800-2. I have try restart/re-install Roku and Netflix, even factory reset the TV, still getting the same error. I searched the internet, it says update software on TV might help, is that the reason? Please help.

Is Netflix perhaps not seeing your IP address as part of your Netflix household?

I have another TV in the same household and Netflix is working fine on that TV.

It is not a smart TV. It is a old LED TV in year 2012.

Have you tried moving the roku to the other TV? Although, if the issue is only with Netflix, I'm suspecting the issue actually *is* Netflix.
