LED and OLED TVsI have some rental property with a Samsung TV with prime video app. A renter locked the app including the “add account” option with a password. I have tried deleting g the app, rebooting TV, then reinstalling app. But when launched it still displays sign page with the renters account and locked with password. Please help.

LED and OLED TVsOf course I have my own. I log off when not using the house. Someone rented the house for a week and logged on to his own prime which happens often. Sometimes renters fail to log off. We simply go in and log them off ourselves. This time they set a password and we could not log them off and could not log ourselves on (the + was also password protected). We did the factory reset as has been suggested and that worked.
