Recording feature on S90C OLED 4k TV missing?

Has anyone been able to record live over-the-air (antenna) TV on their S90C? I purchased this TV specifically to get rid of cable/dvr box and have all features integrated in a “Smart” TV. 

I follow Samsung’s instructions here: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/tv-audio-video/set-up-and-record-programs-on-a-samsung-tv/

but I do not have that menu come up on my TV.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! Recording would be really useful unfortunately from looking at the user manual this feature is not available in the USA. As for the information in the link provided this is a link for Australia as other countries will have different features based on their region.
