Hello can someone pls help me when I was trying to factory reset my tv I press the back and play button when I did that my remote controller was flashing red then I try to press a button but it said not available I try to fix it but it does not work I don't know what to do pls someone help me when I press a button it says not available and it is flashing red
You unpaired the remote. Newer TV sets. Don't use IR they connect wireless to TV. Hold the return and play/pause button. To redo the remote pairing process.
If you have other samsung tv's in close proximity. It may pair with wrong TV. Unplug any other samsung TV set with 10 to 15ft of intended TV set. Ensure you point remote at the lower bottom nub on the bottom bezel of TV.
