Just set up a series 7200 4K tv. the tv is great. Love it
the remote-being blunt-sucks. just to change channels you have to hold the remote in the air pointed directly at the TV
even then takes a few pushing of the button HARD to get the tv to react. everything seems to have a delay.
I either need a new one that works or you need to design the remote differently. sharon Fricks

Hi there, Thanks for posting about this. Just to confirm, have you tried pairing the remote to the TV so that it can use Bluetooth to send commands instead of an IR signal? The link below has steps on how to do this.
