Server under maintenance error

When trying to watch a show in Smartthings remote for my TV, I get this error. TV has been updated to the latest version but hasn't fixed it.

Try resetting your tv see if that does anything.

I won't do that because it will make me do the stuff that was on my TV, but would do I guess.

Resetting doesn't fix the 1544007 error.

I forgot to mention try your wifi modem as well not a hard reset but unplug and plug back in

Sometimes a update can cause issues as for the message seems it's affected the wifi connection

Problem occurred prior to update. Update was tried first to see if that would fix it.

I'm so **bleep** right now - after purchasing a new  $2K tv i'm having the same issue I was having with my 2015 TV --- @samsung get on top of this it's extremely frustrating and making me wonder why I didn't purchase an LG TV which never gives me this issue (I have both).
