Samsung - 65" Class S90C OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV

I bought this TV from best buy on March 3rd, 2024. A few weeks ago half of my apps won't work (Hulu, peacock, paramount). What is strange is that advertisements will work on these apps but the content buffers and then goes back to home screen. These same apps work on all my other devices. I have done all troubleshooting including resetting tv, reinstalling apps, making sure software is updated and even changing DNS. Other apps do work (netflix, apple, youtube ect). After all my troubleshooting I do believe it is an issue with the TV.  Please help. Based on previous posts the issue is on your side with a software update.  I also see this issue listed here:

Hi! The apps work on my phone, tablet and computer. I believe a samsung software update caused the issue since it is only impacting my tv which is less than a year old šŸ˜

The app developers have to update the apps to work with the TV. This is why I never use the app from a smart TV. I use a streaming device, Google TV is my streamer of choice.

I think this may have something to do with the recent software update, causing certain apps not to function. Numerous users are experiencing the same issue.

Agreed since it is only impacting apps on TV and they work on other devices. Is there anything we can do to get them to fix the update?

You could submit feedback on the issue through the members' homepage > support. Also, the Samsung mods read these posts.
