LED and OLED TVsThe screen just went black for no reason and I can't get it working again, the remote doesn't work, when I press the power button or reconnect the power, it just comes on with a black screen again. I can see the backlight is still working as there's a slight glow to the picture.
I think something in the hardware is faulty but I don't know what. TV is out of warranty

LED and OLED TVsHello! Thank you for posting about this. Does the TV have sound when you turn it back on? Can you try to reset the remote? Here is a link you might find helpful: https://www.samsung.com/my/support/tv-audio-video/samsung-tv-remote-control-is-not-working/
If the issue still occurs I recommend letting a service technician have a look. Since your unit is out of warranty and you would like to receive quotes on service/labor from an Authorized Service Center near you, please visit: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

LED and OLED TVsIt sounds like your TV might be having issues with the display panel or internal connections. Try performing a hard reset by unplugging the TV, waiting a few minutes and plugging it back in. If that doesn’t work, the issue could be with the internal hardware, such as a faulty ribbon cable or the T-con board.

LED and OLED TVsYeah it's been powered down several times without any effect. Would a ribbon cable suddenly cause an issue when the TV doesn't get moved? I'll look into T-con boards but I'm thinking it's going to end up in the trash as it seems parts are hard to come by.
