Samsung S95D Crash with PC Connected and No fix yet since June 2024

Hi Samsung Support,

I have purchased Samsung S95D couple of months ago and Since I purchased it I had a huge problem connecting my Computer everytime it showes like a crash image as shown :

 I had another old Qled samsung works fine,so it seems there is manfacture defect for this TV S95D ,now we need someone from samsung team to tell us what is the fix for this is it a software bug or a hardware defect?

I got it from Samsung store ,still support not yet able to help ,and unfortunatly when I searched online I found exact same issue reported by others same exact crash screen for this TV S95D

If you still have time, you should return it.

Set it to the game on TV. Ensure you are using high-speed hdmi cable. Rated for 4k 60fps. Minimum. Set it to rgb, limited, in video settings. See if that works. Also, try factory data reset tv. Go into input select. Modify the conetect device option manually set it to pc. If that does work, set it to DVD player.
