LED and OLED TVsFix Smart View Without Internet
Enable Wi-Fi Direct on TV & Phone
TV: Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Direct and enable it. Phone: Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Advanced > Wi-Fi Direct and connect to your TV. Now, try Smart View again.
Use Smart View via Hotspot (Without Internet)
Turn on Mobile Hotspot on your S24 Ultra. Connect your TV to this hotspot. Open Smart View and try again.
Use the Samsung SmartThings App
Install SmartThings from the Galaxy Store/Play Store. Add your TV and try mirroring from there.
Turn Off Bluetooth & Mobile Data
Sometimes, Bluetooth interferes. Disable it and retry Smart View. Also, try turning off Mobile Data and see if that helps. How to Downgrade Samsung Software (One UI)
Samsung doesn’t officially allow downgrading, but you can do it manually:
Back up your data with Samsung Cloud or Smart Switch. Find the previous firmware on SamMobile or Frija Tool. Flash the firmware using Odin on a PC.
If you want detailed steps for downgrading, let me know! Otherwise, try the fixes above and see if Smart View works again.

LED and OLED TVsThere's no way to roll back updates. Unfortunately, there is no way to use Smart View without a network connection. You technically don't need internet you just need a network connection in the house. As smart view can be used with just a router without internet. Please note that this will not always work. I don't have smart view but my media server PC will work without an internet connection and work with just the router connected.
