LED and OLED TVsIf the UN40EH5300FXZA is on for awhile, the sound is frozen. You cannot make it softer or louder. The only way I have found to resolve that issue is to unplug the TV. No problem for awhile after that and then it freezes again!
Any suggestions!

LED and OLED TVsHello! First I would love to welcome you to the Samsung community! Thank you so much for reaching out. I completely understand your concerns, and I'll be more than delighted to assist with this issue. I notice you have tried multiple steps and the issues occur. I recommend trying to perform a sound test on the TV. On your TV, navigate to Settings, then select Support, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Sound Test and wait for the test to finish. If the test reveals a problem, you can try resetting the sound. From Settings, select Sound, then select Expert Settings, and then select Reset Sound.
If the issue occurs then the unit will require service. Here are some service options:
