The Movie Hub, Cine Vault, and a few newer channels used to play on my Samsung 50” TV, but after an automatic update many months ago, they will not play. The screen is black; however, it displays the movie name and the amount of time it has been playing. The same ‘black screen’ appears on several of the new channels, too. Thankfully, this is NOT an issue with my Samsung 65” TV.
A Samsung rep spent some time with my husband on the phone (ABOUT 3 HOURS, FOLLOWED BY 3 HOURS WITH A 2ND TECH!) instructing a reset, unplug, rescan, restarts, disconnect, reboot modem, blah, blah. They said they’d send it to the technical team, saying that they hoped it would be “caught and solved in an upcoming update”…..that was nearly a year ago!
