I did a factory reset on my TV. Now it is stuck on the 3rd step of the setup screen. I tried to soft reset by holding the power button down for 10 seconds with no luck. I left the TV unplugged for a couple hours. Plugged it directly into a wall socket and still goes to the same setup step 3 after the logo. Zero response from remote with the exception of power and volume.
