TV deletes channels

I have a un32m4500bfxza that we use to watch OTA TV.  It works fine except I have to rescan the channels at least twice a week as it deletes the channel we watch the most.  Is there anyway  to get this to stop?  It is very annoying.  None of my other 3 Samsung TVs do this.

It should be keeping the channels scanned in memory but isn't could be a software issue or bug have you run the diagnostic test
